We are in a forest crisis.
You can help.
We’re a group of hunters, landowners, environmentalists, and community members who want to protect our dying forests from deer overgrazing and close the loop of food insecurity with local, sustainable protein.

Support this Important Work
As a new organization and non-proft we rely on community support to continue our efforts of Forest Regeneration in New York state through the sacred work of hunting. We would love to deepen our relationships with you by entering into reciprocity, and here's how your support could help us keep going:
1. $25 to $500 helps with our admin expenses & tech subscriptions to get hunters/landowners signed up and properties mapped.
2. Up to $1000.00 gets us gear for our hunters, mentors, mentees and landowners for Hunting season/ permit hunting. It also covers butchering expenses for our hunters and meat donations to local food pantries
3. Up to $5000.00 sponsors our in person events (hunter/landowner mixers, info sessions, opening & closing ceremonies, cooking/butchering workshops & outreach tabling events )
4. Up to $10,000.00 and more supports us obtaining an office space, freezer & open pantry for the community.
5. Beyond $10,000.00 supports the team in quitting their dayjobs and dedicating themselves full time to the forest regeneration crisis in New York & expanding our efforts practically and culturally.
What happens when you hunt white-tailed deer?
More plants/birds/insects thriving, more time outside for you (it’s super good for your mental health!), and more food that’s free, local, and delicious.
Whether you want to hunt, you have land to hunt on, or you want to help process deer and close the loop with food insecurity — you are the solution.

Own land or farm in New York and dealing with too many deer?
We’ll help you apply for the DEC’s Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) and Deer Damage Permits (DDP).
If we do not address deer overpopulation there is no future for our forests.
The best data? Next time you are in the woods notice the lack of oak and maple saplings (2-5ft).
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
